Corona del Mar’s local tide pools – great to visit! There’s a bunch of wildlife to see here. Some tips – have some kind of shoes if you want to explore. Lots of sharp, loose rocks on the far south shore. I’d recommend the hike, but be careful where you’re walking.
Also, be respectful of the wildlife. There are plenty of anemones here, and I’ve seen an octopus hiding beneath a rock before. (Those things are all muscle – strong as hell.) Don’t leave any trash behind, don’t bother the sealife, don’t take anything with you.
